YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS PROVISION IS FAIR.YOU AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY SYSTEMIC INFO SOLUTION INDIA PVT LTD, ITS EMPLOYEE MEMBERS, ASSOCIATED MEMBERS, AGENTS, FROM AND AGAINST ALL CLAIMS, ACTIONS OR DEMANDS, LIABILITIES, AND SETTLEMENTS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, REASONABLE LEGAL AND ACCOUNTING FEES, ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RESULTING FROM, OR ALLEGED TO RESULT FROM, YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR YOUR VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT.
