You also need to track website traffic, analyse the keywords used to get to your website, where and at what time of day, traffic is good or bad, and act accordingly to improve them. You must follow up and respond to any emails or requests generated by visitors to your website as soon as possible. Early answers give a good picture of your business.  

Once the last payment is received, you will receive 100% ownership of your website. Upon request, we will make all files, including PSD files, available for download. If your website is large and the file sizes are very large, we will send you a CD with all the files.
